Heru’s practice focuses primarily on cross-border transactions in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate commercial and employment matters all across various sectors including shipping, mining, plantation, construction and property/hotels. Heru is a licensed advocate and a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and Capital Markets Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM). Heru speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.
